You are fully covered under our insurance for any Board sanctioned activities.

Committee Information

MAINTENANCE
In order to keep our costs down and help beautify our community, we are looking for volunteers who have free time to assist in various projects (painting, gardening, minor repairs, vendor assessment etc)

COMPLIANCE (FINING)

We are required by Florida Law to have a Committee that will hold a hearing to uphold or waive a fine for owners/residents who have been accused of breaking one or more of the Rules & Regulations.
